Chapter Eight

“I’ll Take that X201!” Came the booming voice belonging to Egg
“Beep” is all Tails could say, handing over the chaos emerald to his and Sonic’s arch nemesis...Doctor Egg
“Good work X201! I’m very proud of you...” began Egg beaming down at him “As for the rest of you Get back to Base!” the robots behind Tails activated their jetpacks and launched themselves high into the sky.
“X201...Would you like to ride back to the base with me?”
“NOT ON YOUR LIFE EGGMAN!” Cried Tails, pulling off the metal casing of the blue shelled Robot disguise
“Egg…man?” the booming voice said towering over the small fox.
“HOHOHohohohooooo” She began to laugh at Tails “I assure you Tailsko I am no man…speaking of which have you lost it?”
“You…You’re a woman?” Tails stammered
“Have you hit your head recently?”
“No?”
“Because you should probably get it checked out…honestly Tailsko…”
Tails smirked to himself
“I’m not Tailsko…”
Tail’s twin soft tails began to spin, slowly lifting him off the ground
“I’m Tails…” Tails said confidence beaming from him, now at perfect eye level of Egg’s mustache “…And I’ll Take my Chaos emerald back…” he said, plucking the Green Emerald from Egg’s grasp
Tails knew he had seconds before Egg would call back an army or Robots to attack and kill Tails. he flew as high and as fast as he could.
“SONIC!”

Tailsko awoke inside the metallic shell, she had been asleep for what seemed like hours. Her cover was still intact, Eggman had no clue of the True Identity of X201
Around her were hundreds of drone robots, Red in color, all the same model as X201, Each of them powered down and plugged into a wall socket, Tailsko had fled into the confined robotics lab of Eggman’s Lair. And overwhelmed with exhaustion Tailsko had simply passed out in the giant robotic barracks.
She had to get that Yellow chaos emerald…
But she didn’t know how
Tailsko was beginning to formulate a plan in her brain, and then all hell broke loose, Sirens in the bay began to sound Loudly, every Robot drone awoke from their slumber and began to make their way to the giant roller door, which now opened, welcoming in a bright artificial light.
More and more Robots began to make their way down the corridors, the Largest:- Giant Mecha robots, armed to the teeth with missiles, and chain guns.
‘was this a drill?’ Thought Tailsko, then to her relief she finally found out what was going on
“GET THAT MEDDLING HEDGEHOG!” screamed a voice over a PA: Eggman.
Tailsko knew that Sonic was coming for her…

An Itch had once again began to work its way to Tail’s pants.
“Why the hell am I itchy right now?” exclaimed Tails holding the Green emerald out examining it
The skys were filled with hundreds of Mechas, Giant Eggman Robots designed to destroy. Each of them, hunting Tails. They knew that the safe return of Dr Eggman’s Chaos emerald would mean a hefty reward, and glory for them.
A Blue Streak bounced from the ground into the sky to Tail’s Altitude
“Hey babe, what did I miss?” asked Sonic
Tails Grabbed the blue hedgehog
“Nothing much…Same as usual…” replied Tails looking back at the hundreds of robots persuing them
“They look angry” replied Sonic
“I think they need a hug…don’t you?”
Sonic Grinned looking back
“Yeah…Hey! Knuckles! These robots need some love! I think they need a Knuckles hug!”
A red flash flew past the flying fox and blue hedgehog.
Each Robot slowly dropped out of the sky, as Knuckles destroyed each robot.
“Why did you run off Tails?” Asked Sonic with concern and playfulness in her voice
“I need to get home…To my world…”
“I thought you said you weren’t going to leave…well not after last night anyway” sonic blushed a deep shade of magenta
Tail’s Eyes opened wide remembering the details of what had happed the previous night.

Tailsko Slowly found her way to the central control room to where Eggman, Sonic and Knuckles all stood, looking at each other, anger and hatred coursing through their faces
“WHAT DID YOU DO WITH TAILSKO!” Screamed Sonic
“Tailsko? What is a Tailsko?” replied Eggman, confused
“You know precisely who I mean…TAILSKO…”
“I’m here Sonic” replied Tailsko as she walked in
“Excelent, and now that you all are here, I suppose it’s now time to show you my latest toy…” eggman began “thanks to the chaos Emerald X201 recovered for me, my new mech Supra here will gain the full beinfits of the Chaos emerald.
Tailsko Gasped in shock as a fifty foot mecha hobbled into the room, decked out in the latest armour, latest weaponry. There was no doubting it, this mecha was going to be near impossible to beat.
Sonic began to spin on the spot, faster and faster he became until finally, he took off, hitting the oversized robot fair in the chest. Knuckles too charged at the mech, hitting it in the chest, slowly the two drove the mech into the ground, turning the chest cavity into scrap metal. Flames leapt around the robot as Sonic leant in and pulled from it’s central power core the Yellow Chaos Emerald.
“Tailsko CATCH!” called Sonic as he threw the chaos emerald at Tailsko
Tailsko leant out and caught the emerald in one hand.
It began to feel warm as it glowed an orange color.
Tailsko’s vision began to blur.
“Alright Eggman!” Called Sonic, arrogance flaring in his voice “Any other giant robots you gunna send us to turn into scrap metal?”
Tailsko’s Chest became incredibly itchy, and warm at the same time.
“I’ve got afew more tricks up my sleeve” screamed Eggman pressing buttons on a control panel
Everything became dark, the world swirling around Tailsko and then she fell to the ground. Unconscious

Tails sat up in Sonic’s bed
“Wow…That was a hell of a lot better than last night…” said Sonic in a daze
Tails simply blushed and grinned sheepishly
“Ummm Just one question Tails…”
“Yes?”
“Whappened…”
“Huh?”
“What happened to…your you know?”
“My what? My lil friend”
“yeah…lil isn’t the word I’d use for it…”
“What do you mean…”
“its a lot…errrrmmmm….bigger…”
Tails, wide eyed pulled the sheets over his head
“HOLY SHI…”
