My mutant ruki on neopets!! Boy this took me a long time, from concept to final thing -m- around a month i think?

But yes. A few things I thought about her:
-Lives in an underground city and has never seen sunlight;
-Nocturnal, but dislikes total darkness. Carries a lamp around;
-Strong arms, scrawny looks;
-Not shy, does creepy things to scare people off, doesn't like company;
-Can only control the bottom eyes, the top ones move and blink along but with a slight lag;
-Coughs every time she talks, raspy voice.
