hahah goddamn unrealistic beauty standards.In Asian countries, white pale skin is desired. Stick frail, tall, v-shaped face. Thin lips.
In US, tanned skin is desired. Curvy. I dont think height mattered much nor the specific face shape. Thick lips.
One country's ugly can be another country's beauty.Β
We should be our own beauty by our own standards ^^

I asked my mum(who is vietnamese) about that measurement for cuteness and she was like
"wha how do you know this?"(in cantonese)
which basically says it's true, and then I did it in front of her and said
"I must be nowhere near cute, I mean my lips are all over my fingers"
she just laughed at me. Idk if she was agreeing or not but meh *shrugs*
I've already been told countless times that I'm too dark, my eyes are small, weight etc.(mainly by my parents lol) and I say screw this, I'll deal with it when I'm older (maybe)

I agree! Growing up in America, I thought all that stuff was really silly as well.... it's like the ideas are reversed. Nothing is very realistic or fair for the people actually living there. The grass is always greener, right? If we're happy with ourselves, then, we're the ones with the green grass! *laughs*

I was told I have big eyes... and that they scared the person that told me... I felt so "ugly" for weeks. He also said I looked like the cheerleader type that bullied him a lot. Now that was the perfect way to hit me while I was down. I'm the artistic reader... and a cheerleader. I'm certainly no bully either. Β Β Oh well.... I learned no one else saw me like that, just him. If you watch ' Off The Great Wall ' ( go do it now ) they say that Asians want big eyes. Eyes with DOUBLE EYELIDS( which I sadly do not have ). My eyes are small as ass and people say that my eyes are sooo small. ( everyone in class has bigger eyes 
By these standards, I'm not a very pretty Asian. Not even curvy.

At first I was like "oh no, I fail the test! I'm not cute at all! waaahhh!" and then I realized I was kind of mashing my finger against my chin and nose, and when I do it as just TOUCHING and not trying to phase my finger through my face to the back of my skull, I actually pass lol. I mean, it's a silly test, but I just through it was funny that I was like subconsciously TRYING to fail and sulking over it for a good three to five minutes...Β
The funny part through is I have really full lips. It's a wonder I pass even when doing it right...
