Description The enchantingly lovely Vonetta McGee plays the brooding and beautiful Pauline in the great Spaghetti Western - The Great Silence - made by the other Sergio of the genre, Sergio Corbucci. She has a very entrancing beauty in that as soon as she shows up on screen and you witness the tragedy that she witnesses, you're completely arrested to her presence on screen. I won't spoil plot details because this film may in fact be Corbucci's masterpiece, and with screen stalwarts like Klaus Kinski, Jean-Louis Trintignant, and of course the lovely lady pictured above, along with a starkly haunting snow-filled landscape setting (yes, believe me its a western in SNOW!), filled with a very dark somber mood that actually pulls you deeper into the bloody events of the film and the history of all the characters involved, this is a film that must be SEEN! And once again Vonetta McGee seizes every frame of every scene she is in.....
