Catwoman is Selina Kyle, a morally ambiguous character who has been an anti-hero, acting as an adversary, a crime fighter and also a love interest for Batman. Years of training have made her stealthy and agile as a world-class criminal, and her mastery of martial arts makes her a formidable physical opponent. Although she began her career as a burglar, she has since then reformed and begun protecting Gotham City in her own style. This has led to her being almost completely accepted as a regular member of the Bat Family.

Selina Kyle was born to Brian and Maria Kyle in the slums of Gotham City. Her mother was never close to Selina or her sister Maggie and would often rather spend time with her cats then her children. Her father was an abusive and drunken man who would always quarrel with Maria, a homemaker. In her spare time, Selina took gym lessons not just as an extra curricular, but to sometimes avoid the domestic violence at home. One day, as she returned home from school, Selina found her mother lying in the bath tub filled with blood. Apparently, Maria had committed suicide by cutting her wrists with a razor blade. Selina’s father hated Selina because she looked like her mother, eventually he drank too much and succumbed to alcohol poisoning. Selina called the police but as soon she hung up the phone, she packed her bag and ran away from home.

As Selina grew older, she became a prostitute but she was quietly a cat burglar by night, stealing jewelries and diamonds from museums and rich people's homes. She became seriously good at what she did and she eventually donned a costume based off of The Wildcat a hero when she was a child. She became Catwoman and became the world greatest thief, taking from the worst of the worst and giving to the needy of Gotham.

Powers & Abilities:
Selina Kyle may not have any superpowers, but she is not a pushover. She has incredible Eye-hand coordination and physical memory meaning that if she sees a move, she will remember it for life. Also, she has been taught stealth, athletics, hot-wiring, lock-picking, thieving, acrobatics and the martial arts. She was trained by the Armless Master in martial arts, by Wildcat in boxing and street-fighting, and by Sensei in all major martial arts disciplines and the Sensei's special blend of martial arts form. She excels at low- and high-tech heists and is the best cat-burglar in Gotham. Catwoman has a good affinity for cats. They often help automatically if she needs it and instantly know that she is a friend. Additionally, Selina was an effective seductress, a talent she employed to remove herself from treacherous situations.
She is also a master of disguise, and is easily able to impersonate and assume multiple identities. Like all Batman villains, Catwoman has had many themed weapons and gadgets. Catwoman's favored weapon is a 12 foot long bullwhip carried on her person either in her boot or in a small backpack, she has a cat-o-nine-tails, elastic ties for binding hands and feet, and a roll of duct tape used to gag her targets. Selina is as stealthy as any large cat. She has easily been able to sneak up on large groups of people and even other vigilantes on patrol. She shows marked prowess in this ability while she's on the prowl for her next job.

Catwoman's gloves and boots contain special retractable claws which are formed of a strong steel which extend from and retract into her gloved fingertips and boots when she triggers pressure switches. They can shred a bullet-proof vest, punch through an aluminum frame car door, or dig into porous surfaces to climb. Selina ha X-ray goggles also called Thief Vison, Catwoman's goggles can shore her where people are and where objects of interest are as well. She used bolas for tripping up enemies and cause noise far away to distract targets. Catwoman uses a custom handheld ball known as a caltrop. When the caltrop hits the floor, it breaks apart into many jack like spikes. If someone steps in the trap, they will fall to the floor in pain.
