His eyeballs are a bit crooked, and he has no lip gloss in this picture!

But this is "Grim", and he's my ugly head from Family Doll. After a good faceup, his face isn't ugly at all, it's actually quite sweet. I modded his ears, because they were way to low on his head, and made him into an elf.

His ears need work, the color is off because of the gray Loctite Epoxy Putty I used, some White Gesso will fix this I believe...spray to get a good surface to work with. I may dremel his ears a bit more to get what I want from them...as I haven't used a dremel yet to do these small sculpts. (It almost seems like the putty absorbs the Mr. Super Clear, and doesn't leave a good surface to work with...altho, I could be wrong.)
