Weeee~Finally finished these buggers! D:
My half of an art/sketch trade with Shayla...we were meant to sketch all our pokemon but psssh. I needed an excuse to practice with my new Copics, and what better way then with pokemon! Her amazing team ;A;
I'm really happy with his these guys turned out, my faves are Ven, Tal and Kyurem c':

Ahhhh so pretty... using copics here? Are the white highlights done in white ink, or what? And are the outlines in black copic? Sorry, so nosey, but Im curiouuuuussss!

The white highlights are done with white gel pen and the outlines are done with Copic multiliners, which are really awesome because they don't mingle with the colours! c':

Ohhhh... oh.... I need to get a set of copics... I feel like I have done so much with watercolor, its time to play with another medium. I know what Im asking for for Christmas
Hmm, gel pen! I usually use acrylic ink with a brush, its hard to control. Thanks for all the info!

They're truly awesome! But you have to get decent paper for them because they bleed heaps. The paper I've got at the moment is made especially for Copic markers and it works like a charm!
The gel pen is dodgy sometimes because the ink doesn't like running as freely as I'd like it to, but it generally works alright c:

Hmmmmm, I will REALLY look into the multiliners... I am using micron pens right now for the outlines, and I have to press so hard to get a thick line, my thumb is bruised from all the paper dolls x___x
Oh goodness... watercolor brands... I just have a big old bag of watercolor tubes. Some are old not-so-good brands... The brands I prefer to use are M. Graham (really really intense pigment), and Winsor and Newton. Artist's quality and not student grade is best. But I have honestly found that the paper is waaaaaaaaaaay more important. I would use Arches pads 100% of the time if I could afford it. The paper is so thick and heavy and makes the colors just GLOW.

Oh wow! Well, with my multiliners I got a pack of all different sizes, so you get tiny ones and rather large ones too c:
I have a pack of Windsor and Newton watercolours, but they're the cubes of colour rather than tubes ;w;

That's a hard one lol. I love the eveeloutions, growlithe, arcanine, liepard, reshiram, lugia, mew, vulpix, ninetales, luxray....SO MANY MORE TOO OTL. I love me a lot of Pokemon XD

Yeah, I took forever to get around to responding to this since I already freaked out about it in IM.
