My attempt on drawing Merlin/Colin Morgan? It´s my first digital painting so i would love to hear what you guys think of it, and maybe give me some tips of improvement? I´m still not quite satisfied with how it turned out, but i don´t know how to make it better :SHoping for comments

"Merlin" is fascinating, so interesting and gorgeous TV-series with great and very talented actors!
Colin Morgan and his character Merlin are just wonderful, brave, kind and handsome! Love them, love Merlin's smile and his magic eyes!
"Merlin" inspired me to drew many arts about this amazing story, and will inspire me in the future.

So ... I think ... I think this is a really, really awesome work! This is Merlin all grown up with his hard edges and acceptance to his destiny. And he is powerfull but still so very human. And he thinks he knows what comes, but he doesn't, because how could he? But he still seems so strong here. This is really amazing. And I don't know how you could improve it, I'm sorry.

Completly GORGEOUS!!! Ths is exactly like him. The hair and the texture is wonderful.
The Shading is great though it doesn't really work with him right now you might want to work on that.
Also, how do you shade lke that? Or do hair that way? I've been trying for months and i haven't gotten anything like that.

I guess its the shading of the face you mean?
And if you wondered how i did the hair, I used a small calligraphy brush to roughly paint in the highlights, darkest shadows and then i used the smudgetool, about 2px, to draw induvidual hairs.. haha, i think its better if you find a tutorial for this then listen to me

The only thing I would say is...check his eyes? They don't look like they're looking in the same direction to me. But other than that, it's wonderful. I love the texture of his scarf and hair <3
