Is it a helicopter? Is it Mary Poppins??!!! Is it a bird?Well, kinda. This penguin can fly!!! Penguin is my favourite Batman villain along with Joker.
I decided to draw him in a traditional children illustrated book style. Made with gouachés and black pencil.Penguin (c) Bob Kane & DC comics.

He's one of my favorites, too. He may be a scumbag, but he's a sophisticated scumbag! The innocent, children's book-like style works surprisingly well.

He sure is the most sophisticated of B-man´s enemies! Maybe Mad Hatter would come after him...(tea=civilazed) Thank you! I´m eager to try this style more, I just have to decide what I will draw!

If you are, I have but one suggestion-- Mr. Freeze! He doesn't get enough love, part of the reason he's Mr. Freeze, I guess. But draw whomever you want, I'm certain they'll all end up as cute as this! :]

Oh, that´s a good idea! I liked his design in Batman the animated series, maybe I will draw him to look a little bit like that! Hmm, perhaps I even end up drawing all the batsy villains with this style!
