I've had thoughts that if I ever make an animation, I'd like to try to see if it's possible to animation the bg, to make it move like in real life instead of how animated bgs tend to have two or three layers that shift from side to side. - This movie went even beyond that. So far beyond that the bg almost looked like live film. I barely paid attention to the story from oogling at the bg.

I'll be completely honest, Garden of Words needs more fan art than it has. It's beautifully animated and is a good love story. I hope this leads to more artist being more interested in it
