he just keeps drinking from her, and he will continue to drink her blood until her body is empty, pale, and cold. her veins dry. her body loosing heat, her heart with no blood to pump the precious life giving nectar throughout her beautiful body, all of it is running down her neck to her armpit, her chest, her breasts, her stomach, running down sideways now, flowing into and out her bellybutton, dripping on the floor, or consumed by her death giver. will she revive as one of the children of the night? or will she be simply left to die, her white body to be discovered and later examined by a coroner. it puzzles them, it looks like a vampire bite....but vampires don't exist..........everyone knows that.....

This is beautiful and should be perfect, only the legs and midriff are anti-gravity. I sense that you already know this but since it was not easy to see in preview, and the render time is horrendous, that you are not likely to fix it.
There a three possible solutions I can suggest, if you're interested.

That was one of the three suggestions. I see extra shadow under her waist but the leg is still floating - unless this image is cached and you updated it.
Question - why wouldn't you use a couple of spotlights for a scene like this?

a hard man to please, its shaded, because the light source I'm using is high quality and I wouldn't get the results that I do.
