Very nice, I really like the bright coloring, and the realistic detail on the flower in her hair. She somehow looks alot older, and "prettier" here to. (The lipstick is a nice touch.)
The bikini top seems a bit skimpy, but you still did a good job making her look cute, and innocent here.
I also like the clouds, and simplistic seagull designs in the background. The water waves are very nicely done to. Very lovely piece.

Yeah, I do agree I made the outfit a biiiiit too skimpy. XDD I had drawn this some time ago so If I ever revamp it I'll be sure to change that.
