Mirage is one of my favorite Autobots, always so introspective and displaced. I think I drew him particularly sad here.This is one of those pics that I had to just stop working on and just walk away before I overdid it on the contrast details and lost the whole ghosting effect. This is also a "let's use absolutely every piece of media" experiment.
Uh, and this is how I draw G1 pretty much. I guess I take a lot of liberties on the original designs, huh?

Your take on the G1 design is pretty cool. I like how the first thing your eye gravitates to is his optics, and it looks like he's staring back. Great job
