I have to agree with Blueshift in regards to the proportions. The legs are indeed too short and end up giving her very juvenile proportions. Another problem I noticed is that the bent arm is actually longer than the straight arm. While it isn't absolutely necessary to be slavish to human proportions, typically, when doing Transformers and other "robotic" characters, the lower legs are typically exaggerated in their length so that the legs are longer than typical for humans (not shorter) in order to give a sense of towering height. And that is ultimately where the problem with her legs is. The lower legs are too short. Typically, the lower legs (for humans)from the top of the knee to the ankle is the same length as the upper leg from hip to the bottom of the knee. The foot adds even more length to the lower legs thus making the totality of the lower legs longer than the upper legs.
Over all, it's a very nice piece, and you have a great attention to detail. If you can work on your proportions a bit more, this could be a stand out piece. Some minor adjustments in Photoshop with the scale tool could correct these issues pretty easily.
As for her being a prostitute, I don't really see that as a problem since there were topless bars mentioned in the canon.

The term you're looking for is digigrade legs, and that "backward knee" you're referring to on such animals are actually the animal's heel. Animals with digigrade legs actually walk on their toes. Dogs, cats, horses, etc. all have digidrade legs.
As for using the scale tool, it does take some careful manipulation in combination with the other Transform functions as well.

I am confused about why you went to such great lengths to make her look human, but then chose not to use human proportions? Her lower body is about 3/4 to 7/8 a head short relative to her torso. Have you considered using different line weights for your outlining? What would the undercarriage of her vehicle mode look like?
PS: You should do a collaboration with ~Tramp-Graphics .

Ooooh I like your sharp eye for detail! when it comes to body preportions, if its human straight up then yeah the usual head to torso ratio would apply, but with transfromers, with all that armour and additional features it doesn't really matter to me (but then I'm not particularly picky when it comes to really fine detail, it purly depends on what's being drawn/painted at the time and how enthusiastic I am about it). As for the 'human' profile of the face? it's because her face, neck, wrists and fingers are made up of nanites, essentially they form a sort of 'metalic skin'; I'm currently working on a piece that goes into detail on cybertronian nanite technology, I hope to post it by next weekend so keep an eye on gallery if your interested. As for her undercarrage? I'll let you make up your own mind on that, because I stopped at just the base side profile of her altmode.
*peeks at Tramp-Graphics gallery* He's pretty good! I'll keep him in mind for something special, thanks! XD

Whilst that is great art, I really have to question the concept. I mean, a /prostitute/ Transformer? Really?
