Well, it depends. Do you mean a specific poster, like one of the ones in my picture? Because if that is the case, I fear you are out of luck. The vast majority of the people who made these posters have retired from the fandom. Plus, a lot of the prints were limited runs, or left over stock from some of these people going to cons.
That big banner in the middle? She only offered that for sale for a limited time, and she only printed the total number of people who preordered it.
So, like I said, if you're hoping for one of these particular prints or posters, I'm afraid that's going to be impossible. I listed all of these people in the picture, so you can track them down on DeviantART and ask them, but odds are they will all say no.
However, if you are just looking for a poster or a print in general, then I suggest either Storenvy.com or Etsy.com. Both of those websites have plenty of pony art for sale. Sometimes stuff even shows up on ebay.
Another thing to do--and this is how I managed to get a hold of a lot of my stuff--is check out some ask blogs. A lot of the times, with conventions coming up, these people will say they are heading there. Ask them if they have any plans for selling leftover stock. Most of the time they will be open to the idea.
Hope that all helps.

Very beautiful collections, it's good you put em in frames.
The spitfire, Octavia and DJ P0N-3 are my most favorites. Great plushies!

Huh, now that surprises me a bit--usually it's the father who has the bigger problem with it; at least, that's how it's been in my family. Anytime I've ever mentioned ponies around my dad, he always gets real quiet (which is unusual for him), or he changes the subject. I strongly suspect that he thinks I'm gay and he just doesn't want to say it. Of course, we've never been that close, so I really wouldn't expect him to understand anyway. Live and let live, I suppose.
My mom and grandma, on the other hoof, are both very supportive, and I'm not afraid to discuss anything pony related with either of them. They thought I was strange at first (which I fully expected), but it wasn't until I came back from my first pony convention, and showed them pictures of all the people and happenings that occurred there, that they really grasped the full magnitude of what the brony fanbase is like. They were already on my side before then, but I guess they learned to appreciate it a lot more after that.
The only time my grandma has balked was back when the official comics first debuted. I had mentally resolved to acquire every single cover for the first issue, and there for a while I was literally receiving three or four packages a day, all with comic books from different places. Whenever new ones arrived, she would say, "More comics?" in that same tone of voice you mentioned. She didn't have a problem with the comics themselves, just the amount of money that she knew I had to be spending on them. I never had the guts to tell her how much that micro-print Fluttershy/Rainbow Dash sketch variant cost.
Have you maybe tried showing your mom what the brony community is all about and why people are so in love with the show and why it's so appealing? Speaking from experience, she may be able to gain a greater appreciation for your own involvement in it if she can experience some of it for herself firsthand.

My dad I think just doesn't understand so he doesn't really care. I still work, I still pay bills, and I still do all my other stuff so he's not worried about me, or rather, he worries about me in his own way and just doesn't talk about it. When, like you, I was getting several packages a week in the mail (back when the collection was just getting started and I was playing catch up), he was concerned slightly because of all the money he thought I was spending. And now that I think about it, I don't think he's ever actually seen me open one of my pony items in front of him. I always take them to the back and open them back there because I don't want the eye rolling or the sighs.
My mom is different. She's worried about me because, no matter what I show her, she'll never get it. It's not just the ponies and the fact that it's a show for little girls that concerns her (I was, and still am, a Sailor Moon fan as well as a Power Puff Girls fan so she knows I watch those shows for little girls), but the fact that I dive so far into it. To her, it seems like a waste of time and something an adult should not be spending so much time on. She's worried I won't do anything with my life I think. If you've seen my picture of Lyra's Human Statue collection, you see that I don't just collect ponies. I collect a lot of stuff, to the point where I literally have no room left in my room, and she worries about that. She doesn't want me to end up like my Uncle, who had great talent and a good job, but never really did anything with it, and is now jobless and is kind of a man child.
Honestly, I have no intention of ending up like that, but I understand why she's worrying. This year though I'm going to get a better job and move out so they won't have to be so concerned about me anymore.

I'm jealous. That... glorious... banner... the collection itself is impressive, but that banner takes cake.

Yeah, the only downside to it is that the thing is huge. I have to have it hanging behind my door because that's the only place that it will fit.

At least then, you have a masterpiece to look at whenever you shut your door.
