Well, there is no other way then changing the icons manualy...
i don't know anything about creating an icon package, so it's a lot of work :/

I worked this out to fit with the awesome omnimo rainmeter skin.
I installed it a few days ago and i'm totaly impressed!
One good thing: this vs is pretty easy done, no rounded edges, shadows or other sensitive parts
