A Rowdyruff Boy who is also a counterpart of Bubbles-chan needs a voice for the PPGD Anime fancast now is your chance to find his Japanese seiyuu Voice Actor or an American-english voice actor for him.Anyway i can't find his voice but when i do I'll pick Jeremy Shada as his English voice actor who also voices Finn the Human from Adventure Time (or Dawin Polanco who sang the song Dessert)
