The dragon-types are cool, aren't they? Don't you think they'd be good party guests, have some fun, get some attention?...then why don't they ever get invited to the other types' parties...?
Well, the time's come for these winged wonders to finally figure out what a party's like. If the other types won't invite them to parties, they'll throw their own! Let's see, what do they do at parties...uh, drink...mm, drink...umm. That's all they can think of? Perhaps someone should've brought them to a normal party before they decided to take matters into their own hands and do this...!

How to attach unusual effects, eh? Well, to start with, that one's Cauldron Bubbles.
First of all, get one of these two addons:

Look through the effects until you find it (the first one is easier for this), then attach it to an object (the first one on a hat, the second one can spawn as a can prop). Then use the Color tool to make the object invisible, and move the object to where you want to particle to come out. The particles will follow it, and seem to be coming out of thin air.
