behind the image;;Well... this pretty sums up all of my emotions at the moment. Looking into the distance and not seeing what once was there. Wanting it to go back to the way it was. There are very few amazing people that come into your life and you may be graced with them for many many years or a short amount of time. Love them while they are with you, although they may still be alive they may have to leave you. These few amazing people do really change you and make you a better person. Kaitlyn, you are one of those people and I'm going to miss you and you're beautiful personality...

I love the softness and the ethereal quality to this image. The way the coat, ground and the sky interplay with their pastel colours works really well. There's such beauty in this piece, and the way the perspective is slightly off-kilter makes the mood wonderfully bitter-sweet mood. The horse's body language seems to further work in a juxtaposition of movement and self-imposed immobility.

It's a very sad piece, nicely done - but, the quote in the corner should say "For so long you /were/ there, holding me up when I could no /longer/ hold myself. But in a moment you /were/ gone" shouldn't it? Just some typos I noticed. Otherwise, I love it.
