Description In the summer of 2006 I went to Paris.
It's my favourite place on earth and I want to go live there. My parents think I'm crazy but I don't care.
One day it was very hot and there were these cables in the air (right at the place where I took this picture) spraying water on our heads. Too bad we don't have that here. Suddenly I saw the carroussel with the Eiffeltower in the background and I found it a very nice composition; so here it is!

wow, I love this. A lot. It's quite a refreshing shot -- normally eiffel tower pics are so "been there, seen that", but I like how it's out of focus.

You've got the angle perfect

As for advanced critique, I would have taken two pictures: one with the carousel in focus, and one with the Eiffel Tower in focus, just to see which one looks best.

Well, I've got some good news, because the Eiffeltower isn't as blurred in the original pic as it is here. This one definatelly looks best because the carousel is more detailed in structure and has a lot of illustrations on it, the Eiffeltower doesn't need a lot to see that it actually IS the Eiffeltower, right?
