Description
After months of trying to come up with a species concept, a random thought hit me in the middle of the night and the next morning, I made this child!
For now, I'm calling these guys "Faunoras" (name might change as I work on them a little more!!)

Here's some info about them!!
- They are small! About 13 cm height average, babies are 5 cm (Can be a little bigger or smaller!)
- These creatures can be any combination of stone/rock/mineral and plant! They grow gems on their bodies that sometimes glow!
- They are shy, and usually prefer to stay hidden and often group in small colonies in caves and forests! Although SOME will be brave enough to venture into the human world!
- Their fur is naturally stoney/marbley looking, after their respective gemstones or minerals.
- When they are relaxed, their fur is soft!
- When angry, their fur becomes brittle, the tips of their fur almost completely turning to stone, and they "puff" at whatever or whoever they are mad at as a warning! (If you touch an angry Faunora it's like touching a jagged rock, so watch out!)
- Their defense mechanism when in shock is to freeze up and almost completely turn to stone! Their fur becomes hard as rock and they become non responsive until they come to and soften up again (its their defense mechanism)

- Because of their pretty gemstones, Humans like to try and catch them and keep them as live decorations in terrariums
- Some befriend human captors, but it is very rare!
- When two gems decide to mate, they are gifted with an egg that hatches into new combinations of rocks and plants!
- I'll be making a species guide for them soon, they are a closed species!!
