I have not developed too much of the current plot because she was an old Oc who had years ago and was a novice at that time, but my HC is that she found it somewhere... -alllogicalgoodyasyas(?)- and the hat itself gives visions/revelations and communicates with the one who owns it telepathically

His personality is quite neutral, it is not so good or so bad and what it does is simply go to the winning side, giving that it is quite clever and intriguing and perhaps manipulative even if it has the peculiarity that it can not lie(???

But- I'm glad you find she cute and interesting!!
Regarding transparency, this is not the case x''//DΒ It is a grayscale tattoo made with a special ink that, Sometimes, when Harmony has an encounter with her magic and inner feelings, it shines in powerful reddish tone.
It's kind of funny because she's kind of expressionless and shows no signs when she feels something that corrupt her mood, so that gives her away(?)
