I made this before I came up with LiXue's Avalanche power, which is obvioisly not on this chart. :T
I'll have to re-do this someday all updated!

(And now for my original description copy-pasta'd with all her powers broken down.)

So here's her powers broken down:

Snowflake: So little LiXue can only form a single snowflake here. It's the most basic power level she has.

Snow Drizzle: LiXue can only make a very light snowfall around a tiny radius of about 3 feet around her.

Cosmetic Frost: LiXue learns to "dye" her hair a white-blue color by sending a frost down her hair roots. She also takes up Ice Skating too, as the picture suggests. She can also use frost in general at this stage too, and manipulate it a bit too.

Snow Pile: She can summon a snow pile, which she uses to drop on her victims to entrap them, making it hard to get away.

Basic Levitiation: She can only use levitation on herself, she cannot levitate any other objects other than herself. She actually doesn't require a broom to float, but wants to keep with the theme of of the old-time witches. (Plus, she needs a broom to hit people with! )

(Small-scale) Snowfall: She can summon a light snowfall, that can only cover maybe the area of her house.

Basic Shrink: She can only shrink light, smallish items, which she uses to fit things like her broom in her bag. She cannot shrink heavy or large things.

(Grand-scale) Snowfall: Can summon a light-medium snowfall, which can cover a whole town.

Blizzard Blast: Can summon a cold, whipping snow blizzard, which she uses to attack/blow away others.

Snow Spikes: Can harden snow and frost to create a sharp, fatal spike, which can pierce her victims. She can only work it from the ground upwards though, and when concentration breaks, her spikes will turn into a regular snow pile.

Fatal Blizzard: AKA Razor Blizzard, which uses a snow/frost combo to upgrade from Blizzard Blast, in which the blizzard and cause copious amount of cuts on her victim if trapped in her Fatal Blizzard. It doesn't often kill, as much as (sometimes very badly) damage whoever was in it, they'll just look like they have a bunch of very bad/deep papercuts all over them.

Snow Claw: Like a portable version of Snow Spike. She uses the same combo of snow and frost on her hands to form a claw, which can also pierce her victims. It still does require concentration to hold the spikes of it though or it will break, but by this time she's gotten much better at keeping concentration while multi-tasking/attacking.

*Avalanche: Can send a large quantity of snow down, and cover large areas with it. Usually borrows from snow-covered mountains, but can make some on her own, too. Is really powerful at this stage, and is almost to her max level, if not there already, again, still open-ended tho in case something else comes.* (not shown on here on chart, but here's the description-blurb portion anyway)
