This is Cato, a new little cat that i decided to invent.unfortunately, while i was scanning him, the colours all went stupid... damn scanners...

Good work, the eye is really nice and he's so cute!
The colours are a bit sketchy - try colouring slightly smoother, not as 'liney'. White pencils are teh awesome for smoothing out colours but they only work when you have a thick and reasonably smooth layer of colour previously laid down.
Scanners do kill colours, but they don't kill the colourING so much 
I'm gonna go on a drawing-people's-characters rampage soon. Can I draw Cato? Or someone else?
