Lotta: He's mean. He makes fun of people, and insults, and bullies smaller birds, and doesn't answer when you ask him something but doesn't shut up when you need him to, and destroys my stuff, and even plays the victim after all that... 
But never mind him. I take it you don't have pets?

Errand: Certainly not! I have such bad memories with pets! >__>;; Somehow my relationships with pets always end in disaster...
But this Steph... He really does sound like a nuisance. Is there any way to get him to act proper? o_o

Lotta: Yeah. 
Only he'll revert to his original self once fed. And I can't really stop feeding him, because I was asked to take care of him. But very honestly, Steph is the only animal I can't get along with at all.
And perhaps you were just unlucky with the pets you met so far... if they were friendlier, I believe you'd be able to coexist pacifically with them

Errand: Hmmm, you make a good point. >__>; I mean I do know animals, there are some I involve in my tricks; dove, rabbit, etc.. But that relationship is strictly business. I have their contracts and everything.
Maybe you should think about giving him treats when he acts good---if that ever happens? xD Treats are usually a good way to get an animal to behave.
