My second piece for my Fanart100 challenge on the Disney princesses! I'm really happy with how this one came out. It's a really simple pic, but exactly what I wanted for Red. ^_^I'm most happy with how her bow turned out. It was so fun to color, and looks really good from far away (or small view, it's kinda the same).
I love coloring her eyes, but don't so much love coloring her hair. Black hair is so difficult to make look natural, without looking like they have prematurely white strands in it. *sigh* Someday I may get the hang of black hair.
Red background color added in Photoshop, but otherwise done with Prismacolor colored pencils. The lineart is here: [link] , if anyone's interested in coloring it themselves! ^_^

I believe it's missing some depth in that area. [the neck and upper torso.]
But overall this is a great piece. <33
