Description
This is one of five sketches I did from the Disney Archive Series book, Animation. I love the book, getting to see drawings from so many of the greatest Disney artists, and more specifically see the ones that actually made it to being cells in the movies or shorts they were drawn for. Once I got the book I knew I wanted to try and emulate some of the greats. These are the ones I've done so far.

This one is from a Brer Rabbit drawing done by Eric Larson, I believe. I drew his torso too long, and I think I should have put more thought into the lines on the torso, rather than just trying to make them look the same as Larson's. This is my least favorite of the five sketches I did, but I like the way his head came out, so I kept it.
