Name: Neige

Hometown: Snowpoint, Sinnoh
Personality: Neige is a complicated girl. Her mannerisms are unpredictable, ranging from childish to very mature. Despite her being pretty quiet, she is very warm, easily impressed, albeit emotional and...curious. Her bad habit is being messy and careless.
Since she came from Snowpoint, she really can't stand the hot weather in Hoenn, one fact about which she is always complaining.

History: Neige spent her childhood with her mother and brother (who is 5 years older than her) on a mountain near Snowpoint City. When she was 6 years old, her brother left home to start his own journey. Before leaving, he gave her a pokemon - her very first pokemon ever - a Piplup named "Neppi" - short for "Neptune". 5 years later, she decided to follow her brother's example: to travel to faraway lands on her own. During the journey, once, while being lost in a cave and the Prinplup was badly hurt, a Gengar came up and saved her. Later, the Gengar started to follow her, to ask for candies and sweets. Then it became attached to her and decided to join the trip. One of her in-journey exploits was her saving a Roselia (that later evolved into a Roserade).

Neige has only 2 gym badges, one from Volkner - the Sunyshore city's Gym Leader, one from Sootopolis City Gym, - as she only wants to challenge the best ones. She's about to go to Johnto and Kanto region, but then, while wandering in Hoenn, she came across a certain contest: the "Big Sky Carnival"...

Belonging with Aqua Jet and Grass Knot, Neppi uses all his power, especially his hard steel arms to defeat any opponents get in the way or bulky with Focus Sash as always.

Unlike his Timid nature, when battling, he focuses completely and follow exactly what trainer said. Shadow Ball, ThunderBolt , Focus Blast and Hidden Power Fire covers each other as well as Life Orb boost its power although he must sacrifices his soul, but for his trainer, Tappi is willing to do that.

Sometimes Roxi just do by her own without following orders. But in some cases, it would be a brilliant ideas. Battling with sharp spikes, power full energy ball from her roses or seeds that absorb vitality from opponent to heal herself.
