Description A juicy red felt apple is stitched onto an apple green wide corduroy (lush colour), and then the purse has been lined with a light green dotty cotton fabric. The lining is handstitched, because no machine will be as exact as my hands
It measures 19 x 12cm (7.5 x 4 ¾ inches) and has a beige zipper.

This is amazing! The colors complement each other very well, I rarely see corduroy anymore but you made use of it very well here, and the fact that you added your own tag is just adorable. (I also love the tote version.)
..and it's a great photo to boot!

That is incredible. I'm a knitter, crocheter, and I used to cross stitch but my stitches are never consistent throughout an entire project. You have a really great talent

Thanks, it's really only a simple runner stitch, nothing compared with your cross stitch work! I love doing it though, it's very relaxing (and I can do it whilst sitting in bed, lol)...

I agree, it is relaxing. cross stitch is easier though, for me at least. heh

well, I guess in a way you know exactly where to stitch and don't have to worry about the length of a stitch, but as soon as it gets to patterns I prefer a simpler stitch, lol

I love patterns, I have a rather 'logic' brain, which is odd when you try to be creative but then life is all about challenges

or maybe I'm just weird.... haha.

well, a certain amount of logic belongs to every art and craft, there have been many analysis' about this...

true, I always liked math and still like to find the logic behind things and such, but I also know that Creativity can't be measured. if that makes any sense. Ideas and inspiration come from another part of your brain, the logic part just makes sure you can do it without setting the house on fire, heh
I like how those two parts clash and work together....
