"Sera, you better not be wasting all the hot water again!" Suki yelled as she pounds on the door again, trying to hurry Sera up so that she can use some of the hot water to shower before bed.
Unbeknown to Suki, Sera was using the hot water for another reason.
Sera pants as she rubs her round and tight sensitive belly. With each slight movement she can hear the water sloshing inside her.
"A-aah..." Sera moaned.
Her lingerie and stockings were getting a bit uncomfortable to wear as she maintains to keep herself up from her own water belly. She lets out a soft sigh.
"M-maybe just a little bit more..."

Ooo yay! I suggested a water-filled belly no too long ago, and now I actually get to see your take on the scenario X3
I can tell you tried to play with the shape of her belly this time around, having its gravid form sag low for an added sense of weight. And might I say the depressions/folds along her back show off her swollen anatomy particularly well. The strain and pleasure is wonderfully captured in that expression you gave her 
I'd say this is an all around pretty good attempt at a water-belly shape, although I can still see you favor the more "bubble-rounded" for your belly shape. I can definitely see it's not just a circle, like the folds I mentioned before, plus I can also see a bit of a straighter "side along her underbelly. But if you really wanted to make the belly less "bubble-like," I'd recommend giving her gut an even narrower "oval" sort of shape. You could carry those creases along her back further down the side of her belly to emphasize ho her flesh is layered, as well as stained.

I still kind of wanting to keep the bubbly round look while adding some weight to it (it's just my preference) but I can understand about the folds and heavy weight look to give when a victim person eats/drinks so much~! ; 3;

Fair enough, you certainly are good at depicting the bubble/inflated look so I can understand wanting to play to your strengths^^. And she certainly does look heavier here, suggesting she does have water inside her. Just be careful to walk that fine line when your crafting your "bubble shapes" that you don't make your gals look too inflated when they're full of food or drink.
