He owns a private island, which is rich on rare materials and oil, and he runs like an independent country.
He has his own harem.
While he rules his island as an independent country, where no one can tell him what to do or not, he does not rule with fear and terror, as he is aware that a ruler without a people is no ruler at all.
He treats his 'subjects' well, using his wealth to make sure the island has all the most modern, medical treatments, education and technology.
