you would not be taking a risk. You would simply be putting YOUR OWN watermark on it. Just type your name on it and post it. It's easy.
As it is right now, your picture is completely obliterated by the watermark. You can type your own watermark that will protect it. It will look better and people will remember YOU -- not some ugly dA advertisement.
