Sorry! That's on a mug I saw on Pinterest and I couldn't help but say it! XD Clearly parrots don't count since they can talk to anyone once they know how to talk, and then you need to teach them to STOP talking! Going from a friends experience with the needing to teach parrots to shut up thing.
