This is just a quick sketch of the Happy Mask Salesman, but as you can see he's wet from walking under the rain, XD.I gave him wetness just to see how his hair (if messed) would look like, so here's the result.
He is probably whining to his grandpa.
I always imagined the Mask Salesman was a sheikah (you know, he's got his hands on the mask of truth, which is a sheikah artifact) and that he didn't participate in the seal wars because in those days he was a kid.
He is probably an orphan since it was said that most sheikahs died in the wars, so I gave him grandparents who raised him because his parents probably died in the wars.

.-. That would explain his general creepiness and his magical ability to produce an organ piano from the Goddesses know where. And it would make sense since he has a lot of powerful masks... (seriously, a Mario Mask? Instant win.)

Yeah, and making an organ piano appear from nowhere seems something that Ganondorf can do, perhaps Ganon got his hands on sheikah magic?
The Mask Salesman being a Sheikah explains many things about him, I believe.
