starter, side dish, lunch, dinner.......you name it
Filled Tomato
2 tomatoes
1 egg
2 spoon cooked pasta
2 basil leafs
1 slice cheese
1 slice salami
cut of the top of the tomato
cut out the inside of the tomato with help of a spoon
fill tomato with pasta and basil leaf
whisk the egg
pour slowly in the tomatoes on top of the pasta
help a bit with a spoon so that the egg whisk mix with the pasta
roll up a half salami slice and push into the filled tomato
cover this with a half slice cheese
cook in the oven for 20 mins at 200 degrees
maybe 3 mins the grill to finish
til brown and crunchy top
let cool down a bit and
plate with fresh basil leafs
