Halloween chibi
In BMP file format without background shading
No outline anti-aliasing
so easier to use magic wand tool on.
Snowfyre, my avvie, in chibi form, Reaper costume.
Alternate eye colour 1 (red)
anthro dragon form.
With evil pumpkin.
and
GIGANTIC scythe
Scarily cute.
Done in 1 hour
as practice into chibi style
and tablets
and quick shading.
Though I still think the outline is too thick.
May consider using smaller size pencil next time.
also
cause I FINALLY completed all of this week's assignment and I had bout 1 hour free.
And she's been really nice to me by giving me a birthday pic.
so yes, Accelerated pace.

Photoshop? Well, you can buy CS off most com software shops (though that costs bout a few hundred bucks. )
The one I use is a rather ancient version (6) that I somehow found in my old pile of photoshop disks.
If you're unwilling to pay a few hundred, you could try either second hand stuff, E bay, or you could try a free alternative known as the GIMP.

Read books... Or go around Dev... Hell... With all these artists... You'd think there'd be at least one artist to give out a decent tutorial... But practice mainly on the head factor... that seems to be the only problem... Think of child version... With big ol' head...
