Now some of my watchers may be aware that I was working on some secret project that seems to have sucked up all my free time.... all the time from painting and drawing, which was why I had been suspiciously inactive in posting stuff to DA for the past two months.

So this was the reason.

Yep. a fully kustom-built Mienshao plush. I have no idea why I actually bothered to spend so long hand-sewing the entire plush from scratch, nor do I know why I did so but I did it.

Mostly I did it just as one of those things you can look back on and say "Been there done that". as well, building one from 100% scratch is no easy feat. Hand-sewing the entire damn thing isn't either.

but end of all you get one absol-utely adorable little plushie... and it does feel so much better when you know you spent so damn long building your own from absol-utely nothing.

Yeah I know mienshaos are purple but I couldn't find purple felt so I used light blue. I like light blue more anyway.

Ain't it cute. Total time taken including prototyping: 3 months.
Won't do anything as stoopid as this for quite some time. so for now, it's back to my usual stuff.
will be sooo amused.

On other news my mum thinks I bought the template and just went to sew it myself... hahahaha.
