It's been a week since I last uploaded something, so sorry for delays. Let me make it up by giving out two picture in one day, here is the first one. Not really okay with how his head came out honestly, I think its too big.

Anyways with that out of the way, this is Plasma Man. Plasma Man was created with the power to generate electrical energy, capable of powering whole cities. However he struggles to keep this power at bay when he is forced to go on the offensive, leaving massive wakes of destruction behind when he is finished. Ashamed of these results, he goes into temporary exiles in hopes of better controlling these powers.
