Description Black Jaguar at Paradise Wildlife Park. They never liked me, and the enclosure they're in is most un-photogenic. This was a random chance I had with the new walkway they put up. I happened to see the jag sitting on the top and managed to squeeze my lens through the outer fence enough for a shot. The inner fence gave my photoshop skills a workout, and this is about as good as I can get at my current skill level at removing glare from fences.

Glare doesn't look too bad, he doesn't look too impressed that you finally got a shot of him though

My first serious fence glare edit I thought I go away with it in the viewfinder, but not when I looked at the files at home... massive bright patch to tone down.

Not bad, not bad at all. What I especially like is the detail in the fur and eyes, as black can be a tricky wicket to photograph. Oh yeah, and the somewhat pained look on the cat's face. It's like he has gas or something. Thank you!

You did a terrific job getting this despite all the difficulties. Scary-looking cat, though -- that expression is ominous, indeed!

Nice job! Now it is almost impossible to notice you've had to work on the photo to acquire this effect - which is just exctraordinary. I've never seen a jaguar photography looking like this one - which is just scary! He definitely doesn't look impressed, even if beautiful at the same time. Great shot, SnowPoring!
