Name: Sidewinder

New Rank/Job: Outcast/Outclaw member

Tribe: SandWing
Personality: Very cold and distant from everyone. Known to be just as ruthless and perhaps even more cunning than Blister. Very smart and strong but very quiet. Hates everyone and is generally very rude around everyone. Very aggressive and is known to frequent bars a lot.
Backstory: Enlisted to the SandWing army at a young age, but was transferred to the Royal Guard and was assigned to protect the princesses. Of the three of them, he took a liking to Blister the most. He found Burn rather creepy and Blaze was too flirty for him. He enjoyed listening to Blister scheme about how to kill her mother and sisters, and liked having deep talks with her. Once Queen Oasis was dead, he was one of the first to follow Blister and recommended that she side with the SeaWings, as no one knew where they really were in the ocean and were good at hiding. While spending time at the Summer Palace on one of Blisters frequent trips to talk with Queen Coral, he met a cute servant named Seashell at one of the feasts held in Blisters honor. They hit it off and would spend hours off duty wandering the islands around the palace and just talking. He was fascinated at her sweet and calm demeanor, the way she elegantly held herself despite the fact that she wasn't royalty. She liked his cunning, and found him charming, but didn't seem to flirt with anyone aside from her. Soon they decided to start a relationship but keep it hidden because an inter-tribal relationship was severely frowned upon, and both would likely loose their positions. Soon Seashell discovered she was with egg, but chose to keep it a secret. No one really seemed to notice her sneaking off frequently during work to check on her egg, which was hidden on one of the surrounding islands. She never told Sidewinder that they had a child as he was out with Blister and had not been back since she had laid the egg, and she thought it was too risky to send him a letter telling him. As soon as he came back and they got a moment alone she told him. He was overjoyed to finally have a dragonet and was excited to be a father. He was worried about what they would think about a hybrid, but Seashell assured him that it was going to be okay and they started talking about how they would raise their dragonet together. While they were talking, they heard a tapping and the egg began to crack. Out came a small male dragonet that was very obviously a hybrid. Sidewinder instantly fell in love with his son and would spend as much time with him as he could. They agreed on the name Sand Dollar for him and did whatever they could to keep him safe and make him feel loved. As his got older, it was clear that he wanted to take after his father and fight in the war, to prove to his dad he was tough. Seashell eventually quit her job to look after Sand Dollar. He would send her money secretly but soon other generals got suspicious about where he was sending his money. One day they decided to follow the messenger and discovered Seashell and Sand Dollar, when he was about two years old. Seashell fought hard to keep them from seeing him, but died in the process when one of them stabbed her with their tail. They captured Sand Dollar and brought him to Blister. As punishment for betraying her Blister forced Sidewinder to watch her kill his son in front of him. The other generals had to hold him back before he could stop her. Watching his son die broke him. He flew into a rage and killed two of the generals around him before escaping and fleeing to the mainland. He ended up hiding out in the Scorpion Den and ended up joining the Outclaws.
