Description
What makes the arch-flaeme Vaene so dangerous is her ability to corrupt fae with evil magic and serve as vessels to summon forth her demonic harem to the human world. Here, two fae undergo the terrible transformation while a third has completed it and rises as a shapely she-demon (complete with clothes because I don't want them running around nude. just assume they she wore that back in the underworld and the summoming brings it over too).

This was basically a test to try and accomplish three things: 1) make a rear view demoness pic, 2) retexture the wings in Substance Painter, and 3) get a flawed render out of Studio and concentrate on improving it as much as possible in Photoshop. All three actually accomplished, yay!

Original render was dark, had no real blending of wings/tail to body, the hair needed a lot of fixing, and there was a stage-like walled background that had to be removed by hand. Substance Painter helped make a very detailed wing texture, but I still had a lot of trouble with opacity and blending and ended up doing all of it in postwork. I'm pretty happy with this because I learned that almost *everything* is simply easier to fix in Photoshop than trying to get it right in a 3D program.

Genesis 2, Succubus Add-ons, Diva Hair, Ron's Slime brushes quickly applied for that 'fresh from the underworld' look. Rendered in DAZ Studio 4.9/Iray, postwork in Photoshop CC. Wing texture and new opacity map (to shorten where wings connect to body) created in Substance Painter.

I made a point to render this large and not use any painterly or smoothing effects to retain the detail. View it full-sized for best results. Thank you very much for taking a look!
