Sadly I can't get the hat to look right not even after numerous attempts, so it's kawaii chibi Alucard sans hat. You can't see it in this pic, but his guns actually say Hellsing on them and the markings are on the backs of his gloves. Those glasses were a nice big pain ^_^;; but very worth it.
