Spent a disproportionate share of the whole time on that frigging eye, actually. But I think I got it to look okay.

Again, thanks a lot for your nice comment! I admit that this bird was not an easy one to draw. So many different textures and patterns in just one animal. It's crazy. It must be a pretty awesome sight in real life.

Thanks a lot! I used a 0.5 HB pencil (Faber Castell GRIP II 1345) and an eraser. My usual tools. I've drawn all these pics with them.
