A gift/fanart for c;I've been meaning to do a gift for her ever since she made me one a long time ago. xD But it's just never happend, mostly because I don't draw horses.
So now I finally decided to try. At first I just took some quick glances at horses photos to see if I could to it by myself, I got to the neck and then the anatomy just went... FFFF. Dang, horse legs are hard to draw. D':
So I decided to just find a stock photo and reference the pose (so don't say "amazing pose you did!" D: ). I bet there are still some things wrong... like the shading maybe? But really, it's my first time drawing a horse in like... 10 years maybe?
Agh either way, this is Jack from *Wild-Hearts comic, I thought it fitted drawing him since she drew Atir.

Ahhh, I can't get over it, the soft coloures -- the sky, it's so pretty and complimentary to the overall painting

You are right, horse legs are very hard to draw... I never get them right without reference, my horse legs just look... kind of stiff. So that is why I rarely draw horses.
