Description
Oh look, now this is a blast from the past indeed! D: Only my really, really old watchers will probably remember these characters. They're from my 'anthro phase' when I almost exclusively drew anthropomorphic animals.
I used to make a comic about these characters, specifically the one at the top, Puck. It has over a hundred pages! I used to want to make several sequels as well as spinoffs focusing on other characters, but I just never got to it. I don't think I will ever either, but hey... doesn't mean I can't revisit these characters just for fun every once in a while.
I thought I'd give these characters a little redesign, just for fun. And yes I drew them in a slightly chibi-fied style... I'm not sure why I did that but I really like it!
Ok so here's a little introduction to the characters. Either to refresh memory, or for those who weren't around for the comic, to get to know them.
Again not because I plan on doing a lot with them, just for fun. ^^
Puck the Weasel. (Full name: Peter Maelwine. Puck is a name he chose for himself.) A troublemaking weasel, handy in a lot of ways but also kind of an idiot in other ways. He grew up in an orphanage, ran away when he was a teen an lived on the streets ever since. He actually lives quite comfortable though! He knows how to get the stuff he needs around the city. He's a troublemaker and a party animal, but trhoughout his story also learns to be a little more responsible, especially after he somehow has to take in two orphaned kids.
Lizzy. Full name: Elizabeth Moore. Puck's girlfriend. She lives with her mother and father in an apartment in the city. She's known to be an excellent student, always gets the highest grades, spends a lot of time studying or just reading. A huge bookworm. She's initially wary of this crazy weasel who wants to hang out with her, but eventually warms up to Puck. She's much more responsible than him and in a way they really balance each other out.
Timmy and Tommy. Full names: Timothy Roger, Thomas Roger. Little rat twins who after they were orphaned somehow ended up in Puck's care. They had a rough start but Puck really learned to be a better parental figure to them in the end. Buuut they also help him cause trouble around town lol.
