did a quick sketch study to see how I would semi-humanize Firestar.
Kit: cubby little kittypet firestar back when he was Rusty eue
8-years old: Sometime amid Into The Wild, still Firepaw, asking Ravenpaw if he's sure Tigerclaw killed Redtail. I feel like as a kid Firestar would be that kind of scruffy rascal child that I was
13 years: Already a warrior with his best friend Greystripe, Fireheart goes to search for the missing clan, Windclan. And finally finds them. Under a highway. In the freezing cold. After weeks of travel. You can see why he's kind of desperate. XD Also I feel like Fireheart would rock the ponytail/rattail look for a while until becoming deputy. :'D
16 years: In the years when he and Greystripe weren't seeing eye to eye (since Greystripe was sneaking off to fuck visit Silverstream) and Fireheart was like "Uh not cool you're fucking shit up for EVERYONE" and greystripe was like "yolo leave us alone *punches him in the face*" .... I never realized how much of a douche Greystripe was during those years until now. Wow. Okay. (Fireheart still rocking the ponytail but you can't see it) XD Also right before this scene, he and Greystripe sneak food to Riverclan since the frost has completely killed all the fish. (which took a little pushing from greystripe of course XD)
19 years: When Tigerclaw's plot comes to pass and he tries to murder Bluestar, Fireheart steps in and saves the day. Woo. Also a sexy long ponytail get at me.
21 years: One of the youngest deputys like, ever. And at literally the WORST time ever. Dogs are currently ravaging the forest, Thunderclan's leader, Bluestar, is FUCKING INSANE and trying to start wars with everyone, and Fireheart is scrambling to try and keep the clan together. And oh yeah Tigerclaw becomes Tigerstar, leader of Shadowclan FUUUUUUUUUUUCK. I figured since all this was going on that he wouldn't have a lot of time to maintain himself so he has a little whispy beard and no more ponytail, but his hair is still hella long. This is at the scene where Fireheart, Cloudpaw and (I think Longtail?) find Swiftpaw's half eaten body, and Brightpaw dying of blood loss. (and it doesn't look like it but Fireheart IS looking at Swiftpaw sorry)
25 years: Right after the battle of Bloodclan, Firestar is now (I think) the youngest leader in clan history. (Still I think I don't know this for certain but all the other leaders are like "hot damn he's young" when he came into power). He's also really fucking sexy like look at that stubble and that leather jacket mmmmm.

Also Firestar is literally the only cat in the warriors series to be described as "handsome" so I swear he's like some sort of sex god or something no wonder he's got all the bitches and can get the other leaders to do whatever he wants. ;D

Who should I do this to next? I was thinking Sandstorm or maybe the trio of Ravenpaw, Greystripe and Firestar but I dunno, I'm willing to take suggestions.
