Jasc animation shop is how i make um.....
but just about any animation program can make animated avaltars......
and any paint program can make regular avaltars......
the dementions have to be 50x50.....

to make a still one just take a picture of resa or whatever and use the menus to change the attributes of the picture......

the pictures atributes.......
modify the image so you can tell the computer the exact dimentions you want it......
