Very cute piece! I like it a lot, but I'm going to critique it because you asked for one. First off, I will say that I love the color scheme. The purples and blues give a very soft look to it overall. The shading, however, does look like it does not have a true light source. It seems to be hanging up above and in front of the character in most parts, but denies that rule when it comes to under the skirt and under the arms at her waist.
The lineart looks very clean; I like how you changed the colors of it instead of the usual black lineart. It fits well with the style.
The eyebrows do look a little off when attempting to match the other. Her left eyebrow is higher than her right. While this may be possible, it seems that both of her eyebrows are lifted in the same position and expression. Adding onto that, her right eyebrow is thicker than her left.
While it may just be apart of your style, I still want to point out the lack of "correct" anatomy in some areas. The size of the ears seems to be a motif throughout your art pieces, so this doesn't bother me. That seems to be more of an art-style thing rather than a mistake. I can't quite say the same for her hands, though. Hands are difficult, especially when drawing it in such a small space on a pixel, so don't worry! I would just suggest making the fingers more distinguishable. Her fingers look a little jagged (which is the best way I can think of to explain it).
Her legs could be in the chibi style, but they seem a little blocky to me. Her legs appear thicker than her body. This could be because her legs don't seem to bend as much. They don't have any curves as natural legs should. Even in a chibi art style, I do think legs should have a little curve to them. Here are examples for chibi legs that are curvy: (fav.me/daqebsx )
The feet appear to be non-existent, but I'll pass that as apart of the chibi style.

Overall, very good job! The animation looks smooth, the hair shading looks beautiful, and the colors are appealing to the eye. All it seems you should work on with these pixels is anatomy and shading.

This is really cute! I like the soft colors and textures you use - she looks like a watercolor image come to life! I also like the nice touch of having her blink. It's a small detail - and I wish there were more animated, I'd love to see what else you do with her - but just having the eyes blink definitely makes you look twice (haha, pun). You have given her a thoughtful, dreamy look, with her expression and comfortable clothes.

Her legs do look a little shifted over too much to one side. Maybe a proportion/posing error?
