The almighty: Conxcrete-A13
Yesterday, I found some dusty colour pencils from four to five years ago.
Did I mention that they were all pencils that I accidentally stole from all
my previous classmates? Lol.
Anyways, I wanted to see what I could make with cheap art supplies. I'm
pretty sure that majority of them came from a brand that costs $10-20 (for
a 24 colour pack).

Stealing pencils now are we lol.
Well now this is a nice drawing. I do like how the drawing looks though, but I feel the image is on its side rather than on the vertical. It’s okay to have it off centered (not aligned north and south) properly for a dramatic effect, but the drawing is on the side. It’s also a small drawing, but that’s okay though.
I like the shading and the use of colors here. I’m taking you used all three? The shading of the hair and the outlining looks so well, and it’s very nice. It suits the character that you drew there, and I rather like it. Especially the shading around the eyes. Some more shading could be done, and you could have colored around the character to add a bit more, maybe using the negative space to outline the character.
Having the character centered in the paper, and drawn a bit bigger would help, especially with these pencil and drawing shots. Don’t be afraid to draw a bit bigger, maybe sketch it out softly with a normal pencil, and then fill in with these colored ones. It’ll make the shot look better if we can see more of the pencil, and the drawing near centered on the paper.
The angle of the shot is interesting though, especially since it makes it a bit interesting with where the character is looking at. The lighting goes in hand with the shading of the pencils, as it’s a yellowy sort of light that fits with the reds and orange you got there. The pencils are placed on the side together, and they’re adjacent to the drawing, and not parallel to it which is good.
Overall you’ve done a great job. Keep up the good work.

I really like this piece, it's simple and cute! I love the attention to detail in the hair, and the cartoony eyes, they work really well together!
The only things I could suggest aren't really about the piece itself, but of the way you photographed it.
First off, I understand if maybe you don't have a great camera, so I can give you some tips if you have a smartphone or any other type of camera. (I hope I'm not being too nitpicky...)
First, the angle you took the pic at is a little off to me, how about, next time, you point the camera over the drawing in more of a straightforward position, then, if that's all the paper you need, you can just crop out the rest? (hope that wasn't too confusing..)
Also, I feel the desk is a little distracting from your picture,and the color pencils are fine, they don't bug me too much, just, again, maybe if you capture your piece at a different angle they might look better, but only if you got rid of the desk.
Anyways, that's all from me, lovely drawing, you are very talented! I apologize if I was a bit too harsh, I know this was supposed to be more about the art than the angle your pic was taking at, but in order to showcase great art, you first need a great display!
