Yeh it's not very new, I really liked the idea. But you can only start at 10 points, not lower.. so all my other resources are free

I did this by uploading in stash, but the new uploader has it now too. You have to upload a zip or rar and then on the right you'll see a button with .. I'm not sure.. but something with 'purchase'
